Advance ticket sales for 3 TAGE FREI – Festival of the Independent Performing Arts have begun. From April 15 to 18, 2026, the festival in Stuttgart presents outstanding productions from the independent dance and theatre scene of Baden-Württemberg – featuring performances, dance, immersive formats and installation-based works.
From "6 Tage Frei" to "3 Tage Frei" – No Half Measures for the Independent Scenel
Due to severe budget cuts by the City of Stuttgart, the “6 DAYS FREE – Festival of Independent Performing Arts” will take place in a reduced format in 2026: from April 15 to 18, 2026. What changes is the scope – what remains is the commitment: to give the independent performing arts a stage in all their diversity, willingness to take risks, and social relevance. Especially now, when they need it more than ever.
