Tanz mit Parkinson mit anschließendem Film & Nachgespräch

As part of the 3 TAGE FREI festival, the Shibui Collective opens its workshop “Dance with Parkinson’s” to people living with Parkinson’s, their relatives, professional dance practitioners of all genres, and anyone interested. The open workshop invites participants to experience dance as a social practice and to recognize physical diversity as a creative resource.

The work is based on improvisation, body awareness and open movement tasks. The aim is to create an accessible structure that enables active participation—beyond therapy, performance-driven expectations or the reproduction of professional dance forms. Movement emerges in a personal, situational and authentic way.
